Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DIGIYZ is a marketplace for digital products operated during this preview phase as an invitation-only private beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Beta scope

During the private preview, every checkout runs through a test provider. No real money changes hands. Any order you place is a test transaction and does not grant lasting entitlement to any product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the credentials you set and for everything that happens under your account. Share your invitation token with no one. If your account is compromised, email us at support@digiyz.com.

4. What you can post

You may upload digital products you own the rights to. You may not upload content that infringes IP, violates law, or targets a protected group. We moderate and may remove listings at our discretion.

5. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by third-party providers (iyzico and, in the future, Payoneer). We never see or store card data. Seller payouts go through the provider's compliance flow. See our Privacy Policy for data details.

6. Refunds

Digital-product refund policy will be published in the final version. During the beta, test transactions can be reversed by contacting support.

7. Platform fees

DIGIYZ keeps a 10% commission on each sale under the STANDARD plan. Founding Creators pay 6% for the first 365 days of their store. The real platform fee is defined by server-side policy and may change with notice.

8. Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant DIGIYZ a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

The beta is provided "as is". DIGIYZ is not liable for data loss, bugs, or lost sales during the preview phase. The platform may be taken down with short notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll flag material changes via in-app notification before they take effect.
